First up is an appearance by Seeing Red, an acoustic duo band, at The Meadows Social Kitchen & Bar. Join them on Wednesday, May 10, at 6 p.m. for good food and good music.
If your idea of fun includes paws and whiskers, check out the 4mydogs Adoption Event in White Plains, on May 13, 11 a.m.-3 p.m.
Looking for more live music? Dog Haus in Mohegan Lake is having “Dog Haus Live Music Series” with various music artists performing on 5/11, 5/12, and 5/13. And there’s a new live music venue this month. Joey’s Sports Bar & Grill in Port Chester, NY, just seven minutes from our front door, is hosting a weekend of live music celebrating Joey, the owner’s, birthday. That’s May 18-21, four days of live music!

River Outpost Brewing in Peekskill, NY is hosting several events this summer. Summer Pop-Off will be a Music & Arts Festival on Sunday, May 28 with free general admission. The Drift Jam Music Festival will be on Saturday, July 1st, and is free as well. Their outside waterfront bar is beautiful and worth a trip (all 33 minutes of it!) even outside of festival days. Peekskill Brewery is hosting the Peekskill Waterfront Arts & Music Festival, on Saturday, May 20 from 12 p.m.-8 p.m. The event will include live music, live murals, DJs, food trucks, beer tents, vendors, artisans, cornhole tournaments, kids activities, and more.
The TaSh Farmer’s Market is hosting a Mother’s Day Event at Patriots Park in Sleepy Hollow, on Saturday, May 13, from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., featuring 60+ local artisans, farm fresh food, live music, flowers and gifts for mom!
Calling all wine connoisseurs! The La Cremaillere BYOB Wine Experience Dinner is an exclusive, reservation-only, wine dinner at La Cremaillere on Thursday, May 11 at 7 p.m.
Do the kids need some entertaining this summer?
We’ve got events for them too! The Pamplemousse Project, a White Plains specialty cafe, is hosting a “Coffee and Crafts” event, on Friday May 12, from 3-5 p.m. It’s open for ages 2-10 with activities provided by 22KATKRAFTS. Their outdoor cafe opened this May as well, and it has an amazing fun ambiance, with brightly colored tables and chairs.

Just 20 minutes from One City Place, Amaze-In-Pottery is hosting a Sip n’ Paint Class, on June 2nd, from 6:30-8:15 p.m.
And for the kiddos: Steffi Nossen School of Dance in White Plains is hosting “Storybook Dance Camp” for ages 3-5.

ROCK White Plains! The Plain White T’s will be performing on Tuesday, July 26. From July 17-27, Greenwich Performing Arts Studio is hosting Frozen – a Musical Theatre Workshop.
